One to one personal training, where we specialise (but not limited to) working with the over 50s, 60s and 70s.
Out training studio is adjacent to the Rosslare beach carpark so it’s very convenient.
I have been involved in Personal Training for many years and enjoy working with clients to meet a range of personal goals, from weight loss to body toning, strength and conditioning and general health and fitness.
I am qualified to work with people with heart conditions, asthma, osteoporosis and pregnancy and can help with rehabilitation.
We have a range of equipment that includes a multi-gym, squat rack, bench, free weights, punch bag plus plyometric exercises such as steps, hurdles, box jumps.

Group Personal Training for 2 and 3 people
- Strength & Conditioning sessions
- Mix of weights and cardio exercises suitable for all age groups
- Small groups allow for a greater level of attention
- Focus on technique

Group personal training sessions occur on Tuesday and Thursday, 6.30pm to 7.20pm
