1-4 people – €40
5-8 people – €60
EACH SESSION LASTS 45mins
Bookings must be made at least 12hrs in advance.
Enjoy a sauna and dip in the sea at Rosslare strand. We back on to the beach, making it really easy to walk over the dunes and into the sea for a refreshing cool down.
Sea swimming combined with a hot sauna has proven to have so many health benefits (a massive endorphin boost making you feel fantastic all day) which is why it is taking off so well, plus its a great way to socialise.
Our sauna can hold up to 8 people and we are open all year round – all bookings are on-line.
Sauna bookings are private, so you have the session just for your own individual or group use.
For larger groups/teams, this can be managed on a rotational basis – just enquire.
We are adjacent to the beach car park which makes it really convenient to use our facility.
Sessions are 45 minutes (we suggest moving from the sauna to the sea every 10-12 mins) where you can relax and listen to our chill-out music.
At our centre we have toilet facilities for your use – as we are indoors its very convenient to change here after a cold winters swim!
